Q: I forgot my password, how to I reset it?
From the Login page, click the ‘Forgot Password’ link. Enter the email address associated to your account. Click ‘Reset Password’. You’ll be
redirected to a page where you’ll be asked to enter a verification code, which will be emailed to you. Please enter that code and click ‘Verify’.
You’ll be granted the ability to reset your password.
Note: This page will only be available to you for a few minutes.
Q: How do I reset my password?
When logged into the app, go to ‘My Profile’. Get there by clicking the icon in the top right section, and clicking ‘Profile’. Click ‘Change
Password’. Enter your current password, new password, and confirm your new password. Click the ‘Change Password’ button to change your password.
Q: I don’t have an account, how do I get one?
If your organization already has an account, your account administrator should be able to create one. If your organization doesn’t have an account,
then you can click ‘Register’ from the Login page. Enter your information, along with your organization name. Click ‘Register’ to submit your
registration. Once we receive your registration, we’ll be in contact with you to finalize your account.
